Rayco Exteriors is seeking a full-time
Construction Estimator who will play a critical role in bridging our Business Development and Project Management teams. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of industry practices.Typical scopes of work include balcony reconstruction, painting, rough carpentry, siding, stucco, windows/doors, railing systems, roofing, and waterproofing. In addition to traditional estimating responsibilities, this role will involve developing repair prioritization recommendations, value engineering, and determining cost of repairs.
