ERP/CRM Consultant

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry located in New Haven, Connecticut. The role involves working with various cloud technologies and enterprise resource planning systems, focusing on enhancing customer service and business processes.

• Manage and optimize the use of the Kronos Workforce and UKG Pro systems
• Develop and implement client-side scripting solutions to improve system functionality
• Utilize cloud technologies to facilitate efficient data management and system operations
• Contribute to the configuration management process to ensure system stability and reliability
• Develop APIs to enhance system integration and data exchange capabilities
• Conduct AB testing to verify system performance and functionality
• Document business requirements and processes to guide system development and modification
• Use the Microsoft suite of products to support business processes and functions
• Monitor and manage customer credit applications and records
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the ERP/CRM system
• Continually monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is required
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with CRM systems
• Extensive knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft products is required
• Experience in AB Testing is necessary
• Ability to manage API Development
• Understanding of Business Process Functions is crucial
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Configuration Management is desired
• Familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping System is needed
• Proficiency in using Kronos Workforce tools
• Experience with Kronos is required
• Familiarity with UKG Pro is necessary
