• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a range of commercial, healthcare, and educational projects.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and plans to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project integrity.
• Assist in preconstruction planning and value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Track market trends, material costs, and subcontractor pricing to ensure the most competitive estimates.

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator in commercial construction.
• Familiarity with ground-up, interior, and healthcare construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
