We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget preparation, planning, and financial forecasting. He or she will work closely with business managers across different departments to develop a better understanding of operating costs and budget requirements, and actively contribute to business decision-making through accurate and timely financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain periodic budgets for various departments within the organization.
• Analyze current and past financial data, and performance in order to assist in forecasting future performance.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with various department leads to review financial information and forecasts.
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
• Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciations, proposal costing, policy decisions, and the financial impact of operational strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive financial models for decision support.
• Enhance financial reporting systems for budget tracking.
• Regularly monitor and reconcile budget discrepancies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business finance or relevant roles, including experience in budget preparation
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
