• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain and manage customer credit records.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Analyze invoices, expense reports, and contracts to allocate invoices to appropriate accounts.
• Prepare checks for payment runs.
• Utilize PeopleSoft ERP software for account adjustments and analysis.
• Identify and rectify account discrepancies.
• Regularly review purchase orders, statements, and contracts needed to prepare payments.
• Assist in the full process of accounts payable which includes entering and reviewing invoices. • Proficiency in Account Adjustments, Account Analysis, and managing Account Discrepancies
• Demonstrated expertise in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in preparing checks, processing check requests, and managing weekly check processes
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft ERP is essential
• High attention to detail and accuracy in accounting tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually
• Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and regulations.
