• Take the lead on cleaning and sanitizing ducts in residential and commercial properties.
• Use powerful tools like vacuums and air compressors to do the job right.
• Help customers understand why duct cleaning matters and offer extra services they might need.
• Climb ladders, move some furniture, and tackle ductwork – don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re safe with proper gear!
• Keep your tools in top shape, and help us keep equipment running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Amazing customer service skills! We need someone who can handle anything, stay professional, and make a great first impression.
• You’ve got a positive attitude and pay close attention to the details.
• Previous duct cleaning or HVAC experience
• Strong communication and listening skills are key.
• You can use basic hand tools and handle small repairs when needed.
• Sales experience is awesome, but not required. We’ll train you!
• Can lift 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (think: standing, walking, carrying, reaching, etc.).
