Pala - Operations/Office Manager

Our client in Pala seeks an Operations/Office Manager to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures. This role is responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Establish and monitor clerical functions.
• Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or an Administrative role.
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
