IT Program Manager-Open Level

Overview:

We are seeking a IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity, IT systems, and A&A processes.
• Demonstrated experience with facilitation across multi-contractor and staff teams,
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with project teams or multiple entities to define project requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring project progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience building and implementing data governance policies and procedures for data integrity and security.
• Demonstrated experience with design, implementation, and management of secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of infrastructure-as-code solutions and collaboration with development teams.
• Demonstrated experience with implementation of Cl/CD pipelines and automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and system monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in envisioning and delivering solutions to business problems leveraging machine learning techniques, to include: model training and development; full lifecycle model management.
• Demonstrated experience in technical architecture expertise, including systems integration and technical leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with proficiency in complex multi-network and security enclave environments
