Situated close to the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at risk males. The academy offers evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services designed to support recovery and improve overall well-being.With its prime location and a focus on personalized treatment, Palm Beach Youth Academy combines professional expertise with the natural beauty of the area to promote lasting mental health and healing.
Pay : Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

What you will do: As a Youth Care Worker - Nights, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth. You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
To be considered you should: Possess a High School Diploma or GED, have one-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education and possess a Driver’s License.
Schedule: Our Night Coach counselor work a 12-hour workdays (Rotating Schedule).
