Accounts Payable- Human Resources (HR) Assistant

We are in search of an Accounts Payable- Human Resources (HR) Assistant to contribute to our non-profit operations in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks including invoice processing, payments for benefits vendors, and upkeep of customer credit records.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the processing of invoices with precision, focusing on benefits vendors.
- Accurately maintain and manage customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information.
- Use your customer service skills to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for specific financial tasks.
- Employ your knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in relevant operations.
- Implement Ceridian and HRMS in managing human resources related tasks.
- Use the About Time system to monitor and manage time-related tasks.
- Conduct background checks as and when required.
- Utilize your auditing skills to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
