My client is a medical device start-up specializing within Surgical Technology. They were founded back in 2018 and have already received PMA and FDA approvals for their product line. In a short amount of time, they have entered some of the top Oncology Centers in the Nation and are continuing to grow their exciting team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Field Clinical Account Specialist are:

  • Provide on-site clinical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of our oncology devices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive training programs for our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to educate clinicians and staff on the features and benefits of our devices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our oncology products, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and industry trends.
  • Assist in clinical trials and studies related to our devices, collecting data and providing valuable insights to the research team.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and our internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of any technical or clinical issues.
  • Support the development of educational materials and resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Clinical Call Hotline

The Successful Applicant

The successful Field Clinical Account Specialist will have:

  1. Education in a clinically related filed with 5+ years of experience in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  3. Ability to travel 50-75%
  4. Superior organization skills, initiative-taking
  5. Proficiency working with computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Ability to read and synthesize peer-reviewed clinical literature
