Generator Service Technician

A leader in delivering exceptional electrical and mechanical solutions to residential customers is seeking a Generator Service Technician to join their team in Exton, PA.

This role involves maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting residential generators, with a strong emphasis on Generac and Kohler systems. This role is 7am-3:30pm services the Exton, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction during all service interactions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential generator systems following manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Work independently to deliver on-site service, providing honest recommendations to empower customers in decision-making.
• Support the development of team members by sharing knowledge and expertise in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of digital documentation and task-related reports with meticulous attention to detail.
