Privately-owned leader in flexible packaging. Provider of high-quality industrial and consumer packaging products, including: BOPP bags, FIBC's, pouches, food service items, films and roll stock, multiwall paper bags, wet/dry filters, stretch film, and grinding media, among others.
Job Description- Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new customers in need of corrugated packaging solutions.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide tailored packaging solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Understand the features, benefits, and applications of packaging to effectively advise clients.
- Quoting & Pricing: Prepare sales quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts in collaboration with the internal team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide forecasts to management.

The Successful Applicant- 3+ years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in flexible packaging or relate products.
- Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing and customization options.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Located in Atlanta, in office Monday-Thursday, work remote on Friday
