About Our Client
Our client is a premier commercial general contractor founded with an entrepreneurial spirit in 2002. They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Senior Project Manager to help support this growth in the local area. Their project work consists of educational buildings, senior living, apartment complexes, and retail spaces.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team as a leader.
Job Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, the main duties and responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include the following:
- Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning.
- Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work.
- Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities.
- Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents.
- Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work.
- Mentor and guide all members of the project team.

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Degree in Construction Management or similar degree.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Previous Multi-Family experience is a must
- Experience running projects at $20M+ range.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in technology & common pm software's including PlanGrid, Timerberline, Sage Accounting, FastTrack and Excel.
- Willing to be a team lead & mentor to junior team members
