GTM Operations Analyst

BlackLine's GTM Business Intelligence team is seeking an Analyst with expertise in Tableau dashboard development, report creation, and analytics tailored for Sales teams. In this role, you will provide data-driven recommendations, actionable insights, and scalable solutions to optimize sales execution.Your work will have a direct impact on improving funnel efficiency, shortening sales cycle times, and enhancing the revenue process for both prospects and customers. As a key team member, you will support analytical models and processes with a focus on improving conversion and acquisition rates.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted resource for uncovering insights and recommending strategic solutions to help our teams scale and operate more effectively.
You'll Get To::
Management Reporting & Analysis:
- Extract and present sales insights to various levels of the GTM organization, effectively “connecting the dots.”
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize manual processes and reporting across sales.
GTM Performance:
- Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to inform day-to-day operations.
- Report on and analyze Sales activity and pipeline performance.
- Identify underperformance within the sales funnel, share insights, and propose actionable plans to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of cross-functional processes to monitor and manage performance, including monthly or quarterly performance reviews.
Data Management:
- Identify gaps in current system infrastructure and data operations; document and establish a consistent feedback loop between Sales Operations, Enterprise Applications, and other business systems.
- Develop expertise in data, systems, and processes related to sales funnel metrics.
- Contribute to establishing a “single source of truth” for reporting and data analysis.
Training/Enablement:
- Collaborate with internal business teams to build credibility, stay informed on new initiatives, and understand their data and reporting needs.
- Manage expectations and provide guidance on reporting best practices.
- Facilitate self-service reporting by developing content and enablement resources, including roadmap planning to prioritize projects.
What You'll Bring::
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Strategy or related subject area
- Years of Experience in Related Field: 1-3
- Proven experience in a similar business intelligence or analytics role, with a focus on supporting sales functions
- Demonstrated experience in building Taleau, or similar BI software, dashboards and creating automated reports tailored to specific business needs
- Some understanding of business analytics tracking
- Excellent at communicating with technical team members and non-technical business partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an environment with changing needs
- B2C subscription business model experience and an understanding of Sales processes (or a desire to learn)

- Experience with Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, Adaptive, Marketo, Tableau, Bizible, 6sense, Gainsight, Dreamdata
- SQL, Google BigQuery
- Familiar with BlackLine or other common financial systems such as Hyperion, NetSuite etc. is a plus.

Salary Range:: USD $94,000.00 - USD $117,000.00
