Responsibilities- Hand solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Inspect soldered connections for quality and adherence to standards.
- Perform rework and repair on defective boards as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of soldering work performed.
- Maintain soldering tools and equipment in good working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Suggest improvements to soldering processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
