HR Generalist

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist in the Itasca, Illinois area. This role is intended to partner with senior members of the HR team to support business impacting programs. This role will have multiple responsibilities including assisting with payroll, talent aquisition, benefits support, performance management and training.

salary: $23 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Application of HR policies and benefit programs.
Partner with the HR team on special projects
Provide data analysis and reporting
Partner with HR colleagues in HRBP roles, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal teams to implement solutions and support the business
Support a variety of HR processes such as such as team effectiveness, performance management, staffing, training initiatives, career development, compensation and employee engagement
Implement processes for organizational improvement
