Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing preventative and corrective maintenance on stationary and mobile equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in reacting to emergency breakdowns.
- Assist in performing needed facility repairs.
- Assist with installation of utilities and equipment.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Learn how to comprehend schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints, welding, and fabricating skills.
- Must be able to assist in operation of maintenance vehicles and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
- Be able to learn three phase and single phase electrical repairs.
- Must be able to assist in performing advanced electrical repairs.
- Must be able to learn arc welding with stick and mig abilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs.
- Must have working understanding of programmable logistic controllers.
