About this Position / Responsibilities:

NFF is seeking a Project Manager who supports Data Conversion, Reporting, and Data Warehouse replatforming. This role is responsible for the management of a number of critical technical workstreams, including but not limited to: conversion, reporting, and integrations.

This role will manage tasks to ensure completion and continued

refinement of technical activities that impact the ERP systems are ready for deployment. In the capacity as the lead of the development team responsible for ensuring that the converted data, reporting and integrations to existing source
systems are ready to be deployed.
  • Lead and manage conversion, data warehouse and middleware re-platforming projects.
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of conversions, data warehouses and reports.
  • Experienced professional having broad understanding of industry best practices, business processes & solutions.
  • Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation.
  • Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction.
  • To communicate with functional team to understand the business requirements and can write design/technical documents.
  • Coordination and management of development team, manage & guide on the development tasks.
  • Work with integrator on resolution of issues with delivered functionality.
  • Configure or reconfigure in-house tools for administration purposes or to support business processes.
  • Lead the testing and debugging of impacted applications.
  • Manage and update workplans and project documentation.
  • Status reporting of work in progress to management.

Qualifications:

  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing a technical team, risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans with MS Project, experience with SDLC hybrid Agile, and using Atlassian JIRA.
  • Extensive experience using cloud-based integration tools and Oracle ERP systems, Oracle Fusion (SaaS) & Oracle EBS Modules.
  • 8+ years’ experience on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), BI Publisher Reports, Fusion Reports, Integrated Cloud Services (ICS), Workflow Customization and Form Personalization.
  • Experience with various development methodologies such as Waterfall, and Agile (SCRUM).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components and capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patters.
  • Application Integration with Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus and with Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications etc. in the solution.
  • Experience of integrating different multi-cloud applications and on-premise applications.
  • Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong Experience of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications including Web Services, SOAP, WSDL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in working with third-party systems.
  • Experience in cloud-based ERP deployments.
  • 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM integration and development.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing projects.
