A prominent equipment manufacturing plant in the St Louis area is seeking a HYBRID Customer Service Manager for their plant. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
The Manager will also manage the performance of customer service team members, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude and the ability to read wiring schematics. This is a high prioirty hire, and the position is salaried in the $90K range, plus bonus!
The position is in office 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week!

- Proven leadership in a call center (preferably call center of a manufacturing company)
- With experience working in manufacturing industry
