Desktop Support Analyst

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the Local Government industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide technical support across multiple locations, working with a variety of technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Provide desktop support across multiple locations in Fulton Co.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft environment, Active Directory, MacOS, and other systems.
• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Database, and Dell Technologies to deliver effective IT support.
• Maintain and manage user accounts on Active Directory and Apple Devices.
• Implement backup technologies and configuration management to ensure data safety and system stability.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience with Cisco Technologies and Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies and Active Directory
• Familiarity with computer hardware and configuration management
• Experience with database management and backup technologies
• Ability to support Apple devices
• Understanding of local government processes and standards
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist end users
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
