Your Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs in implementing therapy programs.
Track client progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide caregiver training to ensure consistency and reinforce skill development.
What You Bring:
Current BCBA Certification (required).Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in-clinic and community-based work.
Experience in ABA therapy (required).
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a compassionate, professional demeanor.
