Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Design Build is responsible for the following

Lead and manage design-build projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive project success.
Oversee industrial warehouse and office space combination projects across New England, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Ensure project compliance with design-build methodologies and practices.
Work closely with Dan Spinney, Director of Operations, to align project objectives with business growth.
Utilize Procore software for project management, documentation, and communication.
Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business opportunities.
Manage travel to project sites, with approximately 30% travel outside New England.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Commercial Design Build has the following skillset

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in design-build construction.
Expertise in managing industrial warehouse and office space projects.
Proficiency with Procore software.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to manage projects across multiple states, with a focus on New England.
Must be based within 45 minutes of Fitchburg, MA.
No remote or hybrid options; on-site presence required.
