We have three clinics in the KC area, two in Grain Valley, MO and one in Liberty, MO.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We are seeking BCBAs who will help us promote development and diversity in communication and who are driven to inspire feelings of belonging and inclusion for our clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Masters degree or above
  • Licensed in the state of Missouri
  • Current Certification
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Experience working with families and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR certification
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience working in pediatrics
  • Valid Driver's License and evidence of insurability

  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 25lbs on occasion

Responsibilities
  • Provides program oversight for patients
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources, and as needed based on data analyses
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans/programming; revises as required by funding sources, and as needed based on data analyses
  • Complete initial evaluations for potential patients
  • Maintain appropriate caseload
  • Lead monthly team meeting for collaboration and case review
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs, RBT Fellows and Trainers
  • Completes RBT competency assessments and reassessments
  • Responsible for continued competence and professional growth of RBTs, RBT Fellows, and students during weekly consultations comprised of observation and providing written feedback, supervision meetings, and additional trainings as needed.
  • Ensures supervision hours of RBTs meet the requirements of the BACB
  • Build and maintains positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the lifecycle (course of treatment) of the patient
  • Completes regularly scheduled parent trainings
  • Meet with the parents/caregivers to review progress and collaborate on development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (i.e., at start of services, prior to authorization request)
  • Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices both on and off the job. (We provide PPE, caregiver communication tools and practices, and limit exposure through small work groups).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00- $76,500.00 per year
