Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Be the Creative Spark: Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant designs using CAD and Revit software.
- Precision is Key: Meticulously review Architectural Questionnaires (AQs) to ensure quotes and drawings are aligned.
- Communication is King: Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.
- Data Doesn't Lie: Collect accurate measurements and critical jobsite data to ensure smooth project execution.
- From Plans to Reality: Generate detailed cut-books that complement your designs.
- Embrace the Challenge: Tackle diverse projects and contribute to our company's growth.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in restaurant design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software (min 2 years exp).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
