We are in search of a Portfolio Manager to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role is central to our operations in the real estate industry, with a focus on optimizing the performance of real estate assets and delivering maximum returns.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be expected to handle diverse responsibilities ranging from financial analysis to strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of real estate assets, ensuring alignment with investment objectives
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of property performance, including cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure effective day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, including acquisition, disposition, and capital improvements to enhance property value
  • Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage Excel for creating and tracking team’s KPI’s and provide tailored analysis based on reporting

  • Carry out financial analysis, track property performance, and provide comprehensive reporting on cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections

  • Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize Excel to create and track team’s KPIs and provide tailored analysis based on reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Asset Management
  • Proficient understanding of Commercial Real Estate
  • Extensive knowledge in Commercial Real Estate Investment
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in using financial software and databases
  • High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
