Portfolio Manager

We are in search of a Portfolio Manager to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role is central to our operations in the real estate industry, with a focus on optimizing the performance of real estate assets and delivering maximum returns.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be expected to handle diverse responsibilities ranging from financial analysis to strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of real estate assets, ensuring alignment with investment objectives
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of property performance, including cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure effective day-to-day operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, including acquisition, disposition, and capital improvements to enhance property value
- Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage Excel for creating and tracking team’s KPI’s and provide tailored analysis based on reporting
- Oversee and optimize the performance of real estate assets, aligning with investment objectives for maximizing returns
- Carry out financial analysis, track property performance, and provide comprehensive reporting on cash flow, budgets, and profit/loss projections
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, which include leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

- Monitor market trends, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
- Utilize Excel to create and track team’s KPIs and provide tailored analysis based on reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Asset Management
- Proficient understanding of Commercial Real Estate
- Extensive knowledge in Commercial Real Estate Investment
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases
