Responsibilities- Gather, organize, and distribute risk exposure data to insurance underwriters/brokers for evaluation and placement of coverage
- Identify, evaluate, and provide recommendations to help manage the company’s risks and review respective insurance binders, policies, and endorsements for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Responsible for coordinating and compiling data relative to insurance audits (i.e., ocean marine, auto, workers compensation)
- Process insurance premium and department-related invoices for payment
- Maintain policy database
- Coordinate the issuance of Certificates of Insurance and Self-Insured letters for 3rd parties
- Surety bond issuance and ongoing maintenance
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Support in the overall daily functions of Risk Management
