Overview:
The Tyndale Company, an 8x Top Workplace winner and a proud woman-owned business, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role provides support for the Accounts Receivable department. The duties and responsibilities of this position not only require an aptitude for numbers but also attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed on a daily basis.
HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will work 1 day a week onsite, 4 days a week remote. To be considered, candidate must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).
Responsibilities:
- Upload client invoices to proper database for payments
- Open and scan checks
- Deposit checks to bank daily
- Perform manual credit card charging
- Printing and mailing invoices
- Email invoices as needed
- Generate laundry invoicing
- Maintain shared department inbox and electronic records
- Coordinate fit-kit account and returns
- Coordinates with fit-kit team to bill client for damaged or used goods; items not returned; write-offs
- Reconcile fit-kit account
- Back up for Cash Application Specialist when needed
- Back up for in-office tasks as needed
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by AR Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Experience with MAS500 or ERP preferred
- Strong organization skills and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, possessing the ability to adapt quickly to change
