The Facilities Maintenance Associate will maintain the Facility’s buildings and grounds to ensure a clean and safe working environment for our Associates and adherence to food safety standards.

Ownership

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds
Perform lightly skilled maintenance functions
Maintain Facilities and Janitorial inventory levels
Coordinate the maintenance of facilities cleaning equipment
The position has Food Safety Responsibilities
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School / Trade of Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and directions.

Physical Demands

Standing for prolonged periods, Lifting up to 50 pounds, Working from ladders or lifts up to 40 feet, Working in extreme weather and conditions
