Job Description:
Ensure proper guest service through continuous training of staff and coordination with management and staff.
Responsibilities:
- - Ensure all stations and knowledge of menus required for proper services are ready.
- Stations set-up and breakdown; supervised side duties being done.
- Must have full familiarity with menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beverages offered.
- Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws and certified T.I.P.S.
- Greeting the guests.
- Utilizing the "pivot point" system.
- Taking the beverage order.
- Informing guests of daily specials.
- Ringing checks for alcoholic beverages.
- Service to the guests
- Perform any other duties as assigned by restaurant manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be a team player.
- Possess a “Can Do” attitude.
- Must have experience in handling beverages. Must have current TIPS & SERVSAFE certifications
- Must be flexible.
- Must be able to manage cash, credit card & house charge transactions.
- Strong verbal & technical communication skills
- Open availability to include split shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends & holidays
