Responsibilities:
- Participate in the ongoing reporting processes.
- Analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and advise on financial strategy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Monitor warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactions.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams for inventory purchases and revenue forecast.
- Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Support the Pricing and Proposal function by providing historical costing information for all elements of cost.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services will be beneficial.
- Ability to generate and analyze Crystal Reports is required.
- Experience with Epicor is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed.
- Understanding of various Accounting Functions is crucial.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
- Auditing skills are a must.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is expected.
- Ability to manage and report on Cash Activity is required.
