Consumer Support Technician II

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry in San Bernardino, California. We are in need of a Consumer Support Technician II to augment our team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around office administration, customer application processing, and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle administrative tasks pertaining to customer support
• Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit industry.
• Proven experience in Office Administration.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in customer support, with a focus on providing excellent service to consumers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
