education: Bachelors

• Provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful, productive relationships with staff, candidates, and vendors.
• Manage the process and documentation for job offers and employment agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee the vetting process for new hires, ensuring all pre-hire activities are completed promptly.
• Handle employee referrals and ensure eligible staff receive referral payouts as per internal policy.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and present solutions for efficiency gains.
• Lead bi-weekly team meetings with clear agendas to guide discussions.
• Assist with various stages of the recruitment life cycle, including interview scheduling.
• Manage the process of tracking and paying global contingent staff and agencies, coordinating with finance and vendors.
• Collaborate with HR and team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
