Position Overview/Summary: Provide Program operations support, handling transactions such as new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements. Assist with supporting the run-off of terminated programs. Work with our Policy Decisions rating/issuance system and handling back end operating tasks.
This role focuses on administrative functions performing various administrative duties in addition to engaging in account management activities, and collaboration with other business units. This role offers potential for professional growth and development within the Programs operational space.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Program Administrator rating staff for all LOB’s in Policy Decisions rating/ issuance system.
- Update/maintain Help Desk (jitbit) and program assigned mailboxes.
- Submit Proof of Coverage transactions for WC – State of WI
- Administrative DMV’s reporting handling.
- Resolve and process reporting issues for DMV transactions.
- Scan and upload policy documentation to Policy Decisions as needed.
- Support run-off of terminated programs including preparing & mailing of cancellations/non-renewals and oversight when handled by Program Administrators.
- Prepare certified copies of policies.
- Provide rating/transactional support for Program Administrators.
- Support motor carrier filing requests logging and cancellations.
- Support projects needed or required by the business team.
- Support requests for IA Liquor Dram Shop Certs.
- Support Work Comp C105 Certificates
- Support the Quality Assurance process.
- OFAC Policy number review.
