job summary:As an accounting clerk, your responsibilities may include handling purchase orders, keying invoices, and accurately coding invoices. Your attention to detail will be crucial in reconciling invoices and identifying any discrepancies. Your responsibilities might also include creating and updating expense reports, processing reimbursement forms, and preparing bank deposits.
Data entry of accounts payable invoices and meticulous checking of spreadsheets for accuracy are integral aspects of your role.
location: Cartersville, GAsalary: $18/hr
work hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
dress code:Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No Leggings or Jogging pants No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
