We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Accounting Clerk within the healthcare industry. The role is based in Woodland Park, New Jersey. This position provides a valuable opportunity for someone proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
This is a short-term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
- Maintain precise records of customer credit.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.
- Perform account reconciliation tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the billing process and ensure all invoices are processed correctly.
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial duties are completed efficiently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP
- Experience in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to handle Billing and Invoice Processing tasks effectively
- Strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
