The Construction Manager will oversee the daily operations and progress of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role includes comprehensive responsibility for managing site activities, supervising construction staff, and coordinating directly with field carpenters to ensure effective scheduling, productivity, and adherence to project timelines.The Construction Manager will work closely with site project stakeholders, subcontractors, and other team members to drive efficient site operations, mitigate delays, and address issues in real-time.
