Job Description- Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration
- Control project budgets and track financial performance
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or multifamily construction project
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse project teams
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
- A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors
- A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- A competitive salary range of around $150,000 to $180,000 yearly.
