Program Assistant

Overview:

• Monitors time and effort, service delivery, and attendance documentation for federal and non-federal grants
• Partners with program supervisors to collect and revise documentation if needed - including follow-up with both internal and external stakeholders
• Assists Billing team with monthly invoicing packages
• Assists Receivables team with tracking and follow up on invoice aging status
• Tracks grant funded expenditures for compliance.
• Runs reports as requested from the data collected.
• Maintains an organized electronic filing system for all paperwork that is always audit ready.
• Supports the local teams with other special projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Ability to manage projects that involve multiple program partners
• The drive to see projects through to completion
• Precision and attention to details
• Ability to work primarily in a remote setting with a commitment of 3-5 days on-site per month
• Experience Level: 1-3 years
