We are opening a short term contract employment opportunity for a diligent Paralegal in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. As a Paralegal, you will be tasked with handling the intricacies of legal documentation, client interactions, and procedural requirements within a law firm setting.

Responsibilities:

• Handling high volume workloads with swift turnaround times
• Engaging in frequent interactions with clients, providing excellent client service
• Reviewing legal documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Summarizing complex legal documents for easy understanding and reference
• Facilitating the process of filing legal documents as required
• Working within the framework of Personal Injury Law, applying relevant knowledge and skills
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle client communications professionally and effectively.
• Proven experience in thorough document review and analysis.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A degree in law or paralegal studies from an accredited institution.
• Experience working in a legal environment or law firm is preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
