Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

About Our Client

Client has over 30 years in the Multifamily and Education Housing construction market. This is a family owned organization with a healthy projected growth for the next couple of years.

• Promote the company to clients and partners
• Ensure the organization's general economic and financial conditions are taken into consideration to ensure the company's goals are met and matched with available resources
• Identify new opportunities to increase market share and company revenue
• Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities to ensure the organization's targets are met
• Ensure the organization's existing client relationships are enhanced even further
• Provide support to operations team to ensure existing clients are engaged and happy with the service they are receiving
• Work with the wider team to ensure the marketing materials they have compliment the service the organization is offering
• Strategic involvement with business development plan and networking with appropriate organizations and clients
• Report directly to senior management team

• Existing relationships with developers and owners across Georgia
• Experience working on Education Housing/Multifamily construction projects
• Relevant construction or technical degree

• Base Salary $100,000 - $140,000 + Benefits
