Job Description
  • Supervise daily on-site operations, overseeing field labor, assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and construction personnel.
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing the overall construction effort, ensuring compliance with design, budget, quality, and schedule.
  • Provide technical assistance, including interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods for various systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).
  • Conduct inspections to ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with contract requirements and maintain quality assurance through regular inspections.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external clients, including owners, architects, and engineers, while managing site logistics in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor costs, manage schedules, enforce safety protocols, and prepare daily reports on project progress, weather, and conditions impacting the site.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Completed Ground up projects greater than $25 Million (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
