Responsibilities- Create, update, and maintain construction job client files
- Create invoices and collecting on past due invoices
- Ensure budgets of projects are being maintained and alert key players when needed
- Keep client up to date with the project every step of the way by working with project managers, designers, architects, GC's and consultants, and other related vendors associated to the project
- Create Powerpoint presentations to share with clients status updates of completed projects
- Quickbooks required
Skills: Multitasking, communication skills are essential.
Previous accounting experience required. bilingual in Spanish is helpful, but not required.
