• Enhance client understanding of BI tools through training sessions and documentation creation.
• Support data integration processes by working with ETL tools to transform raw data into meaningful datasets.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency within BI platforms while identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Keep abreast with BI technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Extensive knowledge of BusinessObjects Technologies for business intelligence applications.
• Expertise in Cognos Business Intelligence for data aggregation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong skills in Data Visualization for clear and concise data representation.
• Familiarity with Maps API for location-based data presentation and analysis.
• Experience in AB Testing for performance optimization and improvement.
• Ability to create Ad Hoc Reporting for specific, immediate business needs.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and control software and product development.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
