  • Serve as the key product strategist responsible to drive marketing strategies that promote the value proposition of a variety of health insurance products and establish a customer-centric marketing approach
  • Ideal starting base compensation range of $77,200 - $96,500 + robust total rewards package

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives. Act as the key point of contact for assigned product lines, aligning the needs of sales, product development, operations, and finance.
  • Create product marketing plans customized for each market, customer segment, and target audience and ensure plans align with goals by line of business, including value proposition, messaging, and positioning development that results in the achievement of key marketing metrics and product KPIs.
  • Create comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that support medical and pharmacy programs that focus on member engagement in well-being, including education around health, wellness, and chronic condition management
  • Oversee planning, creative briefings, presentations, and brainstorm sessions for product marketing campaigns
  • Create marketing plans that activate customer engagement and sales enablement
  • Monitor & analyze campaign, market, and channel performance, identify key market trends, competitive benchmarks, and insights to inform marketing strategy, including research and branding requirements
  • Collaborate with other leaders in product, sales, and marketing to ensure that customer acquisition, retention, product strategy, & positioning goals are established and achieved across the various marketing and sales delivery channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business-related field
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with experience leading strategic market planning and a consistent track record of high performance and results
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement bold marketing and product strategies and tactical plans that deliver results
  • Strong healthcare and/or health insurance knowledge, with an understanding of payer, provider, and patient dynamics across the healthcare continuum
  • Ability to pull and analyze information to develop compelling marketing presentations and written materials
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization to understand customers’ needs and challenges, gather product expertise, and advise on product positioning and marketing strategies to address them; works with managerial courage to speak up when important information or questions must be raised and act quickly when issues must be addressed
  • Keen attention to detail, exceptional ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and leverage CRM systems to drive sales, marketing, and customer relationship initiatives.

This position may work remotely but will be required to report to our office in Madison, WI. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
