The front desk clerk/receptionist performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work. Answers telephones, receives the public, and provides customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
- Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, customers and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
- Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.
- Handle and distribute customer feedback to the appropriate party via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Creates and assists with analyzing reports through the phone system web portal.
- Duplicates and distributes materials.
- Coordinate employee birthday recognitions.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies

REQUIREMENTS- Customer service attitude
