Controller - North Las Vegas

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be an integral part of our civil construction and engineering business, primarily responsible for overseeing accounting functions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring audit compliance.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization.
• Implement and maintain accounting software systems for efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to enhance customer relationship management.
• Work with 3M to ensure efficient product supply and inventory management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions in ADP - Financial Services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of budget processes.
• Regularly review and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters. • Proven experience as a Controller with at least 7 years in the field
• Proficiency in 3M and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Auditing procedures
• Knowledge and experience in managing Budget Processes
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
