Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Track, receive, and distribute parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Processing: Place, confirm, and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain an orderly storage system for easy access and retrieval.
- Record Keeping: Update inventory databases and generate reports.
- Cost Control: Monitor and manage inventory costs to prevent excess spending.
- Parts Distribution: Allocate parts to service teams and departments as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure inventory processes align with safety and regulatory standards.
- Returns & Warranties: Handle defective parts, process returns, and manage warranty claims.
- Collaboration: Work with purchasing, maintenance, and operations teams to meet inventory needs.
