Job Description

Reporting directly into the President, as the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
  • Manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Manage budget and resources efficiently.
  • Provide regular reports on department performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field.
  • Proven experience in a management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Experience in team building and restructuring.
