Service Technician Assistant

• Proficient in handling incoming service requests and troubleshooting technical issues
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other technicians
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple service requests simultaneously
• Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with the latest industry trends
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required
• Previous experience as a service technician assistant or similar role is an asset
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary
